  • The EMA 200 is a portable, battery-powered digital pressure gauge for precise measurement of positive and negative differential pressures. Because it is easy-to-use, the EMA 200 lends itself well to maintenance work and customer service applications for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units, where it can be used for monitoring filters and measuring fireplace drafts as well as measuring flow rates and determining volumetric flows. The instrument is available with an ISO factory calibration or DAkkS calibration certificate.
  • The EMA 200 can be ordered in 4 different measurement ranges. The units can be changed as required: Pa and kPa are shown in the display; mbar, mmH2O, and in H2O are printed on the housing film and marked with an arrow. The temperature or rate of flow is shown in a second line on the display.
  • The EMA 84 can also be ordered with 4 different measurement ranges. The following units may be selected: Pa/mbar and mbar/kP

General Description:
The differential pressure gauges 990 Display are for air andnon-aggressive gases and will be used to measure differential pressure, overpressure and vacuum. They offer one adjustablepressure range and two output signals, which can be selectedin the menu. The type 990M has a manual zero offset calibration,the type 990A has an automatic zero offset calibration.

  • Applications: Monitoring of air and non-aggressive gases.
  • Adjustable pressure range:To adapt the instrument to the application, the factory-set pres-sure range can be modified in the menu in a range from 100% to 20% of its full scale value.
  • Switchable pressure units:The instrument offers three different pressure units to show in thedisplay, which can be selected in the menu. Factory setting isPascal, which can be changed to mbar or inWC.
  • Switchable output signal:The output signal is either 0...10V or 4...20mA, which can beeasily changed in the menu.
  • Adjustable response time:The response time of the output signal can be configured usingthe menu in a range from 0.1 to 20s
  • Easy offset calibration:The output signal of the type 990M can be re-calibrated to zeroin the menu when the instrument is in a pressure less state. The series 990A performs an automated zero offset compensation.Here any drift of the zero-point is automatically corrected in regular intervals. No re-calibration is needed which reducesmonitoring and maintenance efforts.
  • Volume flow measurement:The shape of the output signal can be changed in the menufrom linear to square rooted to enable a volume flow measurement via a differential pressure reading.
  • Switching output:To give a switch signal at an user defined pressure level theinstrument has two adjustable relay switching outputs witha maximum switching capacity of 250VAC/5A

The portable, battery-operated KAL 84 calibration system combines a pressure transmitter and pressure gauge. These can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensors and other pressure gauges for low pressures both quickly and easily. A high degree of accuracy and excellent reproducibility of results combined with a robust design give the system all the functionalities required for laboratory and service applications.

Calibration in mmHg (optional) makes the system ideal for applications in accordance with the regulations for users of medical products, e.g. blood pressure monitors and infusion/suction pumps

The AD 1000 absolute pressure transducer is designed for displaying atmospheric pressure (BA 1000) and absolute pressure. At the heart of the unit is an evacuated measurement cell made from an elastic copper material. The deflection of the measurement cell due to absolute pressure is measured inductively without making contact. The transmitter emits an electrical output signal proportional to the absolute pressure. The device can be powered using a 24 VDC power supply or a variety of AC voltages. The pressure port is led through in the AD 1000 making it suitable for measuring absolute pressures in closed systems.
