Affordable Multi-Parameter Transmitter:
With the Stratos MS, Knick is now offering a low-cost, purely digital version of its Stratos analyzers that can be configured to measure pH value, ORP, conductivity (conductive or inductive) and dissolved oxygen. Designed for digital Memosens sensors, the Stratos MS is the counterpart to the Stratos Eco analog analyzer.
Unique User Interface:
The self-explanatory user interface guarantees comfortable and intuitive handling.
2-Color Backlit Display:
The large, high-contrast LC display simultaneously indicates measured values and temperature in plain text as well as measurement symbols. In normal measuring mode the display is backlit white. The alarm status has a particularly noticeable red display color and is also signaled by flashing display values. Invalid inputs or false passcodes cause the entire display to flash red so that operating errors are significantly reduced. Internationally recognizable icons provide operating information and draw attention to unusual operating states.

Shatter-Proof and Corrosion-Resistant Housing:
The robust PBT housing with IP 65 protection is suitable for wall, pipe or panel mounting. It is outdoor-rated and UV resistant, including the display. Empty plastic housings and plug terminals can be preassembled for easier installation.

The device is used to measure/control the pH value, the redox voltage, or for NH3 (ammonia) concentration measurement. The function can be changed directly at the device. Depending on the measurand, combination electrodes (e.g. pH/redox combination electrodes, gas-sensitive sensors) or separate versions (glass/metal electrodes with separate reference electrode) can be connected. Temperature measurement is used as the second input value which can be performed with such a device as a Pt100/Pt1000. THe instrument is used for the conductive measurement/control of electrolytic conductivity, resistivity or the TDS value. Measurement Regardless of whether it is the pH-value or redox voltage, electrolytic conductivity, high-purity water resistance, temperature, disinfection-related measurands (such as free chlorine, total chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, and peracetic acid), or the flow volume that is to be displayed and further processed, the JUMO AQUIS touch P provides a central platform to accomplish these things. Pulse rate inputs (counters) are available for flow measurements. Universal inputs can be used to measure almost any analog measurands using standard signals (4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V). In total, the device can measure and manage up to 19 parameters simultaneously.
ControlOther than numerous simple alarm/limit-value/time-controlled switching functions, up to four high-quality control loops can be simultaneously defined in the JUMO AQUIS touch P.Here, tried-and-tested JUMO control algorithms are used for P, PI, PD, and PID control.
DisplayA 3.5" color screen with touch function is responsible for the display of all parameters as well as for the operation and setup of the device. JUMO tecLine CR – Conductive Two-Electrodes Conductivity Sensor (202924).
Conductivity sensors are used in conjunction with conductivity transmitters to define the electrolytic conductivity in liquids. The materials in the sensors are physiologically harmless and meet FDA requirements.

JUMO conductivity sensors of the design series 202924/10-... and 202924/20-... can be used, for example, in the following fields: pure and ultra-pure water, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food technology, chip manufacture, ion exchanger plants, and reverse osmosis plants.

Upon request, LF measuring cells that conform to the pharmaceutical industry are supplied with a surface roughness of <0.8 µ. A factory test certificate according to EN10 204-3.1 is added as a standard certificate. Each electrode is packed in foil.
A special conductivity sensor is available for high temperature applications. This sensor can be used for medium temperatures of up to 200 °C and a maximum pressure of 17 bar.

    JUMO tecLine Ci – Inductive Conductivity and Temperature Sensor for Hygienic Applications (202941)
    The sensor measures the electrolytic conductivity of a process liquid. The sensor uses the inductive principle of measurement. An integrated, fast-response temperature probe (Pt1000) detects the process temperature at the same time. The overall construction of the sensor conforms to EHEDG standards. The joint and gap-free design and the high quality of the finish meet the highest standards for hygienic processes. The body material is made out of PEEK (polyether ether ketone) in a quality that is approved for food use. Some versions can be supplied with an EHEDG certificate. A wide range of process connections are available to ensure flexibility in systems and to provide spare equipment for older devices. The sensor is primarily designed for use in food and beverage installations. If the body material is suitable, however, it can also be used in other industries. Customized variants (OEM versions) are available upon request. The sensor is practically maintenance-free because it measures inductively. Compared with the conductive measuring method; deposits and grease/oil films on the surface of the sensor have virtually no effect on measuring accuracy. The JUMO tecLine Ci sensor is designed for connection to the JUMO AQUIS 500 Ci transmitter according to data sheet 202566.

      Jumo ecoLine O-DO - Optical Sensor for Dissolved Oxygen
      This JUMO ecoLine O-DO is an optical sensor for dissolved oxygen for measuring dissolved oxygen in aqueous solutions. Due to integrated pre-amplification and digital signal processing the sensor has a high interference immunity. The measured value for dissolved oxygen is automatically compensated for temperature, air pressure, and salinity (salt content) and then transmitted to the connected display unit with controller over a digital interface. An easily-replaceable optical membrane cap makes the sensor extremely easy to maintain. The current calibration data is directly saved in the sensor electronic. As a result, the Plug and Play function of the system is enabled without necessary recalibration. Inside the sensor is a log book with the last ten successful calibrations available as ring buffer.
