Intended use:
Membrane level indicator with Stainless Steel membrane to be used to control normally the minimum level of bulk solids in silos or vessels.
These controllers consist of a switch actuated by a membrane and it is recommended for dusty and powdery, granulated and grainy bulk goods like dust, flour, grain, sand, plastic, etc. with an easy flow and a bulk density from 0.3 to 2.5 t/m3.

Function:
The membrane must to be exposed to the material.The movement of the switch is the result of the pressure exerted by the incoming bulk material against the membrane which forces the membrane to move backwards, reversing the position of the switch and the signal is used for example to control the transport system in the silo.

The models “A-100”, “AD”, “SR” y “CD2M” and the models with S.S. membrane have a regulation system by a spring that allows the adjustment of the sensitivity. Tightening the regulation nut to reduce the sensitivity and increase the strain of the material to activate the microswitch. Clockwise insensitive.

The models are adjusted at their maximum sensitivity. It is necessary to ensure the proper pressure to the membrane that returns the membrane when there is no product covering it.

Mechanical connection:
Drill holes in the silo or vessel and mount the indicator using screws, rods, fasteners or nuts M6 making sure of the easy flow of the material and ensure that the product leaves the membrane without product on it.

Intended use:

Filsa Rotary Paddle Level Switch for lateral mounting. To be used in small deposits or small silos.

The rotary Paddle level Switch IRP observes the filling level as a limit switch. It can be used as indicator for dusty and powdery, granulated and grainy bulk goods like dust, flour, grain, sand, plastic, etc. with a grain size up to 20 mm, bulk density up to 1 t/m3 and a height of product up to 5 meters.

Higher densities and higher height of products to be consulted.

Function:

The rotating measuring blade, projecting into the silo or container, is driven by a gearmotor. If the bulk material reaches the measuring blade, the rotation will be hindered and it will be stopped. The return torque turns the pivoted motor from its end position and actuates the signal switch. A second switch turns off the motor off.

If the filling level of the bulk material sinks, the blade becomes freely again and a spring will turn the motor back into its original end position. Thereby the motor will be turned on again and the signal switch will be switched back.

Mechanical connection:

There are models that can be mounted horizontally or vertically into the silo.

The standard form is mounting the device is by the thread G 1 " 1/4 and can be fixed using 1 or 2 nuts or introducing it into a threaded socket with a maximum of 25 mm length. If it is larger, the bulk goods have the possibility to deposit in the thread socket. This could provoke that the device becomes useless.

If the device has supplied with a mounting flange, drilling holes on the silo to allow the mounting of the controller using screws, rods, fasteners or nuts.

Intended use:
The float level switch B-1 is used to keep between 2 points the level of liquid like water, oil, chemical products, etc., conductive or not, in tanks or recipients at atmospheric pressure.
The float of the model B-1 2P is designed to can be introduced into the normally thread socket 2 " of the fuel or oil tanks and deposits.
Function:
The B-1 bases its work due to the movement of a float. When the level of liquid rises up, the float reaches the mechanical stop and pull up the lower counterweight. This enables the action of the lever and reverses the position of the switch.
The adjustment of the commutation of the switch is obtained adjusting the mechanical stops at the desired cable point. If the float is blocked with the mechanical stops, it can be obtained only one punctual signal.

Mechanical connection:
It is simple: the float must be vertically installed on the top of the tank with an appropiate support to fix it. The tank can have a cap to preserve the liquid against dust. Just a little hole in the cap allows the free movement of the cable.

Intended use:
The level indicator observes the filling level as a limit switch in silos and vessels. It can be used as a full and empty indicator for dusty and powdery, granulated and grainy bulk goods with a maximum grain size up to 100 mm and with a bulk density of 0.3 to 3 t/m3.

Function:
The cone sensor must to be exposed to the material. The bulk goods, being dumped beside the pendulum, move the pendulum more aside as the filling level increases. This movement, approximetly 10 o of the rod- sensor, activates the switch for the full indication.

When the filling level falls, the pendulum moves back in the vertical position and the switch is disengaged. The model “MS-1 SR” has a regulation system by a spring that allows the adjusment of the sensitivity. Tightening the regulation nut to reduce the sensitivity and increase the strain of the material to activate the microswitch. Clockwise insensitive.

Mechanical connection:
Drill 4 holes in the top of the silo or vessel and mount the indicator using screws, rods, fasteners or nuts M6 making sure of the verical position of the rod.
